About the facilitator:
Zac Parish
Zac is a resilience trainer & brings over 20 years of experience in Meditation, Mindfulness & Wellness Coaching and has a unique background as 6 years a former Buddhist Monk. He founded the Awareness Academy, an Auckland-based workplace wellbeing training organisation and his clients include TradeMe, Xero, Auckland Council and other NZ Brands.
His expertise lies in mental & emotional triggers, resilience & how to integrate the 5 Pillars of health, contrast therapy into your daily life.
