Renew
A recovery and wellness place on Tennis Lane in Parnell, with seven therapies in one building and a rooftop above them. You can do the lot in a single visit, which is the whole reason it exists.
What Renew is
Renew is the only place in Auckland with contrast therapy, PEMF, red light and NormaTec compression under one roof. Everywhere else, that is four appointments in four places on four different days. Here it is one visit, booked back to back, in about two hours.
That is the point of the building rather than a line about it. The therapies were chosen because they work next to each other: heat and cold to get circulation going, compression to clear things through, PEMF and red light because neither has any downtime and both stack with anything. Add a massage or a naturopathy consultation and there is very little else you would need to go elsewhere for.
- Two private contrast rooms. Each with its own infrared sauna and its own cold plunge, and the door shut.
- A rooftop. Two saunas, an ice bath and a spa bath, up to nine people at a time, with the city in front of you.
- PEMF, red light and compression. Three rooms, all clothes on, all with nothing to recover from.
- A treatment room. Massage and naturopathy, by appointment with a practitioner.
A visit, in order
Most people buy a package or the Experience Pass first, then book each therapy in it back to back. If you would rather just try one thing, every therapy books on its own too.
Arrive
Underground carpark on site, three hours complimentary for members. Come in through the Next Gen building and tell reception you are here for Renew.
Bring almost nothing
Water and towels are here. Bring togs if contrast therapy or the rooftop is in your booking. Everything else you can walk in wearing.
Go through
Each therapy runs into the next with a few minutes between. Two hours covers all four of the combination therapies.
Find us
1 Tennis Lane, Parnell, Auckland, inside the Next Gen building and a few minutes from the city. Open Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, and weekends 9am to 5pm.
Park in the underground carpark on site. Members get three hours complimentary, and anything past that is settled when you leave.
