Compression
therapy
Recovery, circulation and the whole body feeling lighter. For athletes, for post-surgery recovery, for long days on your feet, and for anyone after better circulation, less swelling and a more toned look.
When you need it
The clearest one is heavy, tired or swollen legs. You lie down with them feeling like concrete and you get up feeling like they belong to you again. Everything else on this list follows from the same thing: getting fluid and blood moving properly.
- Heavy, tired or swollen legs. The one people notice inside the first session.
- Fluid retention. After a long workday, a hard session or a long flight, with lymphatic movement supported so fluid and waste keep moving.
- Post-workout soreness. Less of it, faster muscle recovery, and tense muscles let go.
- Injury prevention. Less muscle fatigue and mobility kept up, so you are not the one pulling something in week three.
- How you look. Less puffiness, smoother contours and a more toned line.
- Energy and flexibility. More of both, and you leave refreshed rather than worked over.
How it works
NormaTec dynamic compression. Air pulses run through the sleeves in a rhythm, working up from the feet, to lift circulation, ease swelling, take muscle fatigue out and support lymphatic movement. Firm, never painful, and you can talk through the whole thing.
- Legs. Tired, heavy legs relieved and recovery sped up. The one most people book.
- Hips. Glutes, hip flexors and the lower back tension that comes with sitting all day.
- Arms. Sore shoulders, biceps and forearms.
Thirty minutes on one of the three is $45. All three together, the full body hour, is the complete version and the one to ask about if you have just finished a big training block or you want the full reset.
The session
You stay dressed, so gym gear or anything comfortable is fine. Pick your area, lie back, and the sleeves go on and inflate in a slow wave. Thirty minutes later you get up, and legs are where the difference is most obvious. Nothing to shower off, nothing to recover from, and plenty of people book it between meetings.
Add it to a visit
Compression is in three of the four combination packages, and in the Experience Pass. It is the one you finish on: everything else has already got things moving, and this clears it through.
Post-Training Reset · $95
PEMF and compression, an hour, both of them lying down.
Sculpt & Glow · $80
Red light and compression, fifty minutes. The skin and shape pairing.
The Renew Stack · $170
Contrast, PEMF, compression and red light across one two hour visit.
Questions
What does it feel like?
Firm, rhythmic pressure that builds and releases in a wave rather than squeezing and holding. Most people describe it as a deep, steady massage. It should never hurt, and you can have it dialled down at any point.
Legs, hips or arms, which should I pick?
Legs, unless you have a reason not to. It is the area that carries the most fluid and the one where you feel the change fastest. Hips if you sit all day or your glutes and hip flexors are the problem, arms if your training is upper body or your job is.
Is it safe?
For most people, yes, and there is nothing invasive about it. Tell us first if you are pregnant, if you have any heart or circulation condition, or if you have or have had a blood clot. If you are recovering from surgery, check with your surgeon before you book: compression is often exactly what is wanted, but that is their call and not ours.
How often do people come?
Weekly is the usual rhythm, and more often through a heavy training block or a stretch of long days. There is nothing to recover from, so there is no reason to space it out.
Can I do it with everything else?
Yes, and it is the natural one to finish on. Contrast therapy, PEMF and red light have all been getting circulation moving, and compression is the one that clears it through. Three of the four packages are built that way.
Thirty minutes, clothes on, nothing to brace for. Heavy legs in, lighter legs out. $45 on its own, or already in three of the four packages.
