How this works

Renew delivers seven therapies itself, and those are the ones under Therapies in the menu. These two are different. Another practitioner brings the equipment and the qualifications, and deals with you directly. We are keeping them on separate pages, under a separate heading, so nobody has to guess which is which.

  • They happen in different places. IV therapy is here at 1 Tennis Lane. Hyperbaric oxygen is at Auckland Hyperbarics, not in this building.
  • Send the form on either page and we pass it on. The provider confirms the time, so it is a request rather than a booking until they come back to you.
  • Both start with a suitability check run by the provider. It is required, and it is theirs to decide on.
  • Their prices, not on our price list. No Renew membership, combination package or Experience Pass covers either one.

    This one happens here. Sessions run at Renew, 1 Tennis Lane, Parnell, and start with a suitability check by the clinical team.

    Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

    Tailored sessions with our trusted partner, Auckland Hyperbarics, in a calm, professionally supervised environment. Dedicated time to reset while breathing concentrated oxygen under carefully controlled conditions.

    This one is not in the Parnell building. Sessions run at Auckland Hyperbarics’ own location, and they assess suitability before a first booking.

What Renew does deliver

Contrast therapy in a private room or on the rooftop, PEMF, red light, compression, massage and naturopathy. Those are ours, they are on the price list, and they are what the memberships and the Experience Pass cover.
