The infrared sauna and circulating ice bath in a private contrast room at Renew

Two weeks.
Everything.
As often
as you like.

The Renew Experience Pass is fourteen days of unlimited access to every recovery therapy in the building. Long enough to stop guessing which combination suits you, and start knowing.

$160 · TWO WEEKS UNLIMITED · ONE PER PERSON

What it costs

Two private contrast sessions cost $190. Two weeks of everything costs $160.

Booked one at a time, a single run through contrast, PEMF, compression and red light comes to $215. The pass is $160, and it is not one visit. It is fourteen days of them, in whatever order and as many times as you want.

  • No membership, no contract, nothing to cancel
  • Use it once or use it daily, the price does not move
  • One per client

What is in it

All five, unlimited, for the full fourteen days. Not a sampler, and not a set number of sessions.

  • Private room contrast therapy, an infrared sauna and a circulating ice bath at 6 to 8 degrees, behind a shut door
  • Rooftop contrast therapy, the barrel sauna and the plunge, outside
  • PEMF therapy on the bed
  • Compression therapy, the boots
  • Red light therapy

Massage and naturopathy sit outside the pass and are booked and paid for separately. Bringing someone into a private room with you is $25 on the visit.

How it runs

  1. Buy

Pay online in about a minute. Nothing to print and nothing to collect.

  2. Book

Your two weeks start on your first visit, not the moment you pay. Buy it now and come in when it suits you.

  3. Come back

Then as often as you like for fourteen days. The second visit is usually where it lands, because the first one goes on working out what everything does.

Questions

Is it actually unlimited?

Yes. Book as often as you want across the fourteen days, across all five therapies, at no extra cost. The only limit is what is free in the diary when you go to book.

One thing to know: a no-show, or a cancellation less than 24 hours before the session, is a $20 fee. Unlimited means as many sessions as you like, not slots held and never used, because a room sitting empty is one somebody else could have had.

When do the two weeks start?

On your first visit, not on the day you pay. There is no deadline to use it by, so buying it and coming in a month later costs you nothing.

Who can buy one?

Anyone. You do not have to be new to Renew. The only limit is one pass per person, so it is a way in rather than something to buy again every fortnight.

I have never done an ice bath. Is that a problem?

No, and you do not have to get in one. Plenty of people use the pass for the sauna, PEMF, compression and red light and never plunge at all. If you do want to try it, the team will talk you through it and you set the pace.

Can I bring someone?

Into a private contrast room, yes. Each room fits 2 to 3, and a guest is $25 on the visit.

Should I check with my doctor first?

If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, have very high or very low blood pressure, or take medication that changes how you handle heat or cold, have a word with your doctor before you book. Tell the team on the day either way, so they can set the session up around it.

Fourteen days, every therapy, $160.
